1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REQUEST A REFUND, IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE REGULATIONS.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, YOUR ITEM MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
· IT MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNUSED, AND UNDAMAGED.
· IT MUST INCLUDE ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, ALL TAGS, AND ACCESSORIES.
· A PROOF OF PURCHASE (INVOICE OR ORDER NUMBER) MUST BE PROVIDED.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
CERTAIN PRODUCT CATEGORIES CANNOT BE REFUNDED:
· CUSTOMIZED OR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS.
· PERISHABLE OR FOOD PRODUCTS.
· GIFT CARDS AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS.
· OPENED HYGIENE OR PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS.
4. RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS
1. RETURN REQUEST: CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MAUGIS@GEENGGINGERS.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURN.
2. APPROVAL: ONCE YOUR REQUEST IS APPROVED, WE WILL SEND YOU RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.
3. SHIPPING THE ITEM: RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THE PROVIDED ADDRESS. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY UNLESS THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR THERE WAS AN ERROR ON OUR PART.
4. REFUND PROCESSING: ONCE THE ITEM IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU VIA EMAIL. THE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED THROUGH YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 7 TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS.
5. PRODUCT EXCHANGES
IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM, PLEASE FOLLOW THE RETURN PROCESS AND PLACE A NEW ORDER.
6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ORDER ERROR
IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY WITH PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCT. WE WILL COVER THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND OFFER EITHER AN EXCHANGE OR A FULL REFUND.
